This Automatic platen die-cutting and creasing machine is specifically designed for die-cutting, creasing, and cold embossing of packing and decorating products such as cartons, paper boxes, and labels. Its professional high-precision indexing mechanism, lightweight paper attachment, air clutch, pneumatic sampling device, and high-speed feeding system ensure smooth feeding and accurate register. High strength gripper bars, front and back register device, and side register device enable its high die-cutting precision. Original design delivery device makes delivery smooth and orderly even as high speed for a perfect pile. The machine is also provided with a non-stop feeder and delivery and pre-loading device.
1. The 1070 x 790mm format is especially suitable for high output factories with machines printing standard sizes up to 79 x 105cm.
