This laminator comprises a feeding unit, a laminating unit, a paper separation unit, and a paper collection system. The electric and pneumatic systems are equipped with programmable control (PLC). A heating roll adopts a built-in oil heating system to determine the temperature. This machine centralizes the features of compact structure, high automation, and easy operation. The configuration consists of 1. Overlapping regulator - Servo control and front lay to guarantee the accuracy of paper overlapping. 2. Smart constant temperature heating roller - The heating roller is equipped with a built-in heater, temperature measuring sensor, and temperature controller to make the temperature stable and constant. 3. Film shaft - air shaft with a dividing rule makes the film's loading, unloading, and positioning more accurate. The pneumatic breaker controls the extension of the film. 4. A conveyor table is furnished with an air aspirator and front lay to regulate paper conveying and overlap and improve lamination. 5. An optional automatic stacker receives the sheets quickly, in order, and non-stop. 6.
